Bombshell by A is not responsible for packages that are sent to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly.
If USPS or UPS can not pick up your address there will be a delay in your order being processed. If your package is returned for insufficient address customer is responsible to pay for shipping charges to reship.

If your order is shipped and the tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact USPS (1-800-275-8777) or UPS (1-800-742-5877) directly to track down your package.
"Bombshell by A" does not hold responsibility for packages that are marked delivered.
